Dear Rod:

We have negotiated several small projects with Ferris/Turney and continue to be quite pleased with the results.

One of the most noteworthy elements of your construction process is the level of cleanliness. The most recent project took place while there were two other construction projects being completed in the building by other contractors. It was amazing to see the difference in cleanliness and respect for the building. The other contractors tracked dust and dirt all the way through the corridors, elevators, lobby and out to their vans while you folks didn’t even get foot prints on our dark carpet that was immediately adjacent to the work site. That was most impressive!

Your project manager and superintendent were great at coming up with details that made our ideas work well and look great. The attention to matching the existing fixtures, finishes and details makes our alteration appear seamless to the existing surroundings. This was a real bonus for us, as we did not need to commit resources for architectural or design firms on these projects.

I would highly recommend Ferris/Turney for future construction projects. Please do not hesitate to use me as a reference. And if you don’t get the project after they talk with me, it won’t be my fault!

Sincerely,

Jack Martin
